Item came 4 days late in a broken box, however the seller was very kind and generous. The seller always responded back to my emails in a timely manner and made good on the issue. The (items) lift supports were easy to install. Not sure on the longevity of these lift supports/struts springs because I've only had them on for 5 days, but so far they work great.
