I was hesitant on getting an non-GM cap and rotor after reading so many forums with horror stories pertaining to the Optispark. Upon opening the package, I was beyond impressed with the quality feel of this distributor cap. It has weight to it and didn't feel flimsy or cheaply made. So after disassembling the front of my engine yet again, I cleaned up the optical sensor, disc and housing, installed cap and rotor and reassembled engine compartment. She fired up sounding much stronger.
