Overall the catalytic fit perfectly. There was an issue with the position of the mounting brackets welded to the catalytic converter. They were off from th mounting bracket attached to the engine block. Also the hardware I received did not fit my engine type and the gasket for between the flex pipe and the catalytic converter was the wrong one. Other than that it fits great and is working well
