winning_autoparts sent an item that was a. broken and b. missing parts and then blamed it on the shipping company. Communications was quick during the purchase process, but then ignored my many emails for days once i had a complaint. Did not refund all the money even though i asked several times - i was told it was non-refundable This experience was not worth trying to save $100. Item was not new, it was defective.

You admitted the box was damaged in shipping, you wanted a partial refund, which i agreed to, then you returned for a full refund while we were waiting on UPS. You received a full refund. I always responded immediately and have messages to prove it. This was brand new in box as photos on listing showed. I am sorry it was damaged in transit and i did everything in my power to make this right. I guess you just cant please everyone. I have been selling on ebay for 20 yrs, you are the 1st neg. i got
