Hi Customer, For the bumper reinforcements the color usually doesn't matter to many customers because it is internal and not seen on the outside of the car. The listing does say the photo shows a sample item since we have several available so we try to send the bumper reinforcement that is in the best condition out of the couple we have. if you are not happy with the item please message me and I can offer you a partial refund or we can process a full return.

The quality of the item was as described, but there was damage to the item during shipping. It has lots of dents and there was little packaging in the box. The box wasn’t even big enough for the item. I contacted the seller about the damage. No solutions were provided and communication was poor. There could have been more pictures of the item and the description was vague.
