Listing picture and description was what I needed. Received an item completely different. Contacted seller and explained the issue. They responded will check and advise. No response. Sent another message a couple days later-no response again. Did not think this was a hard problem to correct—apparently seller thinks the problem will magically go away. How much work and time does it take to resolve a problem? Very disappointed with this seller.

I actually received the wrong system, which I believe was an honest mistake. The one received was a different model that looks almost identical. One of the labels had also been replaced, giving the impression that it was indeed the correct one. That being said, the transaction was very smooth, shipping was relatively quick, and the seller was quick to refund after the fact. They were even nice enough to allow me to keep the item I received.
