Ordered on February 6th. The shipping window was February 9th-14th. I contacted customer service on the 14th because my order still hasn’t shipped and it was the last day of the window for delivery! The woman told me they would get right on it. It’s not the 16th and I have had to go through steps to get EBay involved because the customer service for Detroit axel will not message me back. My card has been charged $160 and the shipment still says it is waiting for a delivery date.

Just received my package. Everything is looking good so far. Wheel bearings look brand new and are exactly as shown in the description. I can’t wait to install them this weekend. One thing I will suggest is adding a bubble bag in the bigger box because the boxes that the bearings were in got kind of mashed up a bit but other than that everything looks good.
