The step arrived on time. The shipping package was intact, and packing was excellent. Communication on how to unpack was excellent. The step was brand new, with advertised as minor "Blemish" which I took as paint or scratches. I requested additional photos which were sent. I took a chance and purchased! It looks like the step was drop once, which slightly bent the bottom step strap, and I can see where the bend happen on the step strap due to the powder coating cracked. Will install, see if okay
