Seller clearly wrote "customers first" BUT thats NOT TRUE. seller does not put customer 1st. seller has horrible communication. seller isn't willing to work out deals with customers. upon receiving & inspecting item, item turn out to have broken pieces inside, which was not even mention in the item description. bad bad bad experience overall.
