Item listed: a 10-pack of Philips 70CP automotive lamps. I was shipped a single bulb. I was given a full refund and promised the balance of the original shipment at no charge. I declined the generous offer and expected a proposal to redo the order and get the 9 missing bulbs from my order. No such proposal came from this seller. I don't know if an honest mistake was made with my order, but the experience was so unsatisfactory that I opted to get more bulbs a local Federated Auto Parts store.
