The item was lacking a little in the packaging department and had a small scuffed place on the pull handle and the wood trim that wasn’t pictured and one of the button holders on the back was bent in, probably from shipping. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic and taped really well though. I think a box and bubble wrap would be a better option. Other than those things the shipping was fast and they were good to deal with.
