Only reason i give a positive is because the seller refunded my purchase, and only after i escalated the complaint thru eBay. For some odd reason after i requested to cancel my order after about 3 - 4 days of no communication did the seller send the package. What makes this even more unusual the seller then sent a EMPTY package! Really blew my mind. Anyways thank goodness it has been resolved.

item listing is inaccurate. Listing stated location that item ships from is Long Beach, Ca. CA tax applied as well. Item came from out of state ( east coast ). Asked seller for some clarification since I purchased this item because it's location was close to me. Instead of addressing my concerns, seller states they lost money on the transaction, which is untrue and not pertinent to the discussion. Listing is inaccurate, FYI. Poor communication. Part is OEM. Thanks anyways.

Product was out of stock in our local warehouse, to expedite the order and to make the customer happy we sourced product at a higher cost. We kindly updated customer with his tracking information on the same day of order, instead of thanking us for providing the information to him, he began sending countless threatening messages. Yes, eBay fees are extremely high, and we took a loss. No good deed ever goes unpunished. Unfortunately, people who are happy tend not to leave Positive Reviews.
