Super slow shipping and seller didn’t seem to care about any offers. Made a joke off my offer and countered me .50 cents off original price. Didn’t even include 2 simple bolts to complete the bracket I paid $40 for . Only bought it because I needed it asap. Oh well.

Your order was placed on March 8th, and we shipped it on March 9th. We could not have shipped it any faster. The two bolts in the picture should have been in cellophane and attached with a zip tie to the bracket. Please double check in the box and make sure they didn't fall off. I am happy to look for them under our shelves here if you can't find them and send them to you. I do not recall making any joke of your offer at all.
