Seller communication was great. All my questions were answered before I bought the item. Shipping was timely. The hood was packaged great and arrived timely. Freight shipper communicated the arrival time. The product itself was not for me. I kept it for about two weeks and sold it. I was not fully on board with the quality of the product. For the price point, I think it's okay, but for something as prominent as a hood, the imperfections need to be minimal. This was not the case.

Made purchase based on delivery times estimated. Then sent message about lead times. I waited then they sent a message that eBay is making them cancel due to Anderson composites boxing. Nope ya just screwed us! Refunded without an option given and says it will still keep my place on the order if repurchased. I hate kind of business you trying to run? I called them and is in stock and I can drive over and pick it up!
