After sending photos, was told to install anyway, and they'd refund me $10. So I should install broken springs (obviously used) and they'll refund me 2% of the purchase price? No thanks.

I was a little worried about buying these because of the low cost and lack of reviews but I’m glad I did. Install is pretty much straight forward. I’ve had them on my car now for a few weeks and they have been great. I wasn’t expecting much in the way of weight transfer I was more less getting them since I needed new shocks/struts anyways and also wanted to lower the car but turns out they not only done that but the weight transfer on a hard launch is actually very good. Way better than the stock setup. Daily driving they don’t make noise and the ride quality is what you’d expect from a lowered mustang. Install on an 02 mustang gt convertible btw. Mediocre parts
Noisy is the worst of it. Great for handling. I had some lowering springs on my car when I decided it just sat too low and had a horrible ride. These coil overs got it off of the ground but didnt help the ride, and now I get to listen to the springs creak and pop while turning. I feel I paid for more than I got, but that's the chance you take I guess.

If you're looking to lower your New Edge for cheap then this kit is perfect! I've ran this setup on my 04 GT for about a year now with no issues. Had to grind a small amount of material off of the front Coil-Over struts to run the OEM hardware, but if you buy some aftermarket bolts I'm sure they would mount up no problem. I installed everything on my own with some jack stands and some garage tools, no extra hands were necessary. I already had a grinder handy so that's why I ground the material instead of buying new bolts. The ride quality is fine lol as long as there are no rocks, potholes, speed bumps, or any imperfections in the road. No but seriously if you live in the city where the roads are regularly maintained then the ride quality is fine. Although they are adjustable, the ... Although they are adjustable, the difference isn't very noticeable between the maximum stiff and soft settings. As of now, I am running my original Eibach lowering springs in the rear with the provided shocks that came with the kit, along with the original kits' Coil-Overs in the front. NIGHT & DAY difference, the rear springs that come with this kit are what kill the ride quality. So if you want to lower your 99-04 New Edge on a budget then this kit is perfect. However if you want to lower your New Edge on a budget and not blow your back out over road imperfections then this kit with the rear springs replaced is great as well!

Good quality for the price
Needs thick insulators for springs... upper rear is metal on metal... found that buying insulators for front and rears increased the spring tension and was able to dial in perfectly.... additionally you can buy replacement dampeners and springs for any application... performance suspension technology type insulators... work best... nice if included with kit... would be awesome...
