    Made of metal, not plastic. MUCH more durable against ice and snow!

    This wiper arm replaces a plastic one which cracked when I replaced the wiper blade. Here in ice & snow country, plastic wiper arms and blades just don't stand up to cold and ice. Also, this metal arm has a standard J-hook connection to the wiper arm; much more secure than the clip-in plastic type.

    Caravan rear wiper

    They wanna see pictures of the product they sent me. If they would have inspected it before they shipped it. ( From China) They would see the wiper blade was not complete. Too much hassle, I will just buy a 3.49 blade local.
