After receiving the package it had been opened before I received it and all but 1 bulb was not in it. After contacting sell I was told (Dear buyer if the package is already damaged upon arrival, please submit a rejection request to the post office)I would have thought the seller would have carried insurance on the package. I have no idea when it was opened, it could have been shipped this way. The seller has no interest in helping.
