I received an item that was scratched, worn, faded, and dirty. Even compared to my original item that I wanted to replace it with. The ad didn't say anything about the poor condition, so I want a refund. The seller instantly cancelled my return request, and then blocked me. I have been using ebay for 23 years and have 100% positive feedback, because I know selling is no place to be childish. I'm going to be honest and let everyone know this seller is a junk peddler, and not worth your time!

Let's be clear here! You received an item that was EXACTLY as pictured, but you weren't satisfied with the condition. You then tried to bully me into sending a replacement piece, rather than explaining the situation like a rational person. Demanding and threatening is NOT the way to conduct business. Had you even read the return policy you would have known just to contact me like a rational person and I would have accepted it. But, you act like a child and that's the treatement you deserve.
