Looks like this is a merchant who misleads you by displaying that they are USA based where actually the item is shipped from out of US. I placed an order on 3rd feb and even till date on 18th feb the item is NOT received. I wrote to them and they go around the bush wasting time but NOT offering the refund. 15 days of wait period in my opinion is way too much and its justified for what i feel. Had they been honest and straight forward things would have been different. Stay away, thats all.
