Part of my "neutral" rating was my fault as I didn't realize these lift supports come for a van with power lift and without power lift. Of course, I ordered and received the wrong one. However, not sure the item stated which one it was for so be sure to check it out before ordering. Seller was good to work with in getting a partial refund. FedEx delivered and the box was a disaster. When the driver handed me the box, the lift supports fell out of the box onto the driveway.
