easy to install 02 maxima just open ur glove compartment unscrew the hinge underneath the glove compartment there are 2 screws one on the left and one on the right holding it in place then use needle nose pliers to remove the airbag harness if u unplug it and turn car on you will get an airbag lit on the dash and itll blink theres a trick to get rid of that on youtube then remove the harness attached to it now you could start to remove the 3bolts that are holding it down and thats it ur done ^~^
