Even though the first package never came in, the company offered to either give me a refund or sent me another pack. I took another pack. They are awesome with communication but didn't receive my product because when I order it I thought I was buying for all windows for the price listed but it wouldn't the case turns out listing was wrong and you have to pay a different price for each window but once that was explained they refunded me so over all it was a positive experience except for the fact that the listing price was wrong it's just for one window
