Ordered large measurements said minimum of 65cm. Item arrived and was clearly a small despite there being no size label inside. sent photo of minimum measurement being only 55cm (that of a small) and seller argued there is a little variance (10cm is more than a little) and ordered size sent. Offer partial refund of less than 10% of purchase cost. Seller at least be honest with yourself and admit when wrong size sent and do the right thing and refund!!!!
