I methodically installed this coil pack/spark plug wire combo in a 1996 Lincoln Town Car. For the first 25 miles, everything ran fine. On the test drive return back home, the car began to misfire on cylinders 7 and 1. Ultimately, the car shook and stalled, and was unable to be restarted. I had the car towed back to my house. After replacing the spark plug wires and coils with genuine Motorcraft units, the problem was resolved. Upon diagnosis, I found that both coils had arced over. BEWARE!
