The pulley took 8 days to ship for a part that was supposed to be in stock. Who orders car parts and wants to wait 8 days to ship on top of the slow boat shipping you pay for. I had already replaced the bearing in the original pulley and fixed the car. This is horrible service for a well known named business like them. Definately will give my money to a smaller business next time that has some understanding of their customers. Funny it shipped the day I requested a refund.
