O.K. on the Surface But Low Quality Bends
The finish surface of this panel was pretty good but the problem was in the bends for the flanges that go along the inside of the door jamb and at the bottom of the panel. The surface of the small flange that goes along the inside face of the door jamb was really irregular - you can see where the bend was made in the die that made this panel that the sheet metal is all deformed and sticks out up to 3/16". To get this to fit and look decent you have to make relief cuts in all the deformities and then flatten them out using a hammer and a flat metal surface like a vice anvil. The bottom of the panel is also very irregular and needed to be cut to a straight line before it could be installed. All in all the manufacturing techniques used to make this panel were pretty sub-standard . . . you ... I guess you really get what you pay for though as this panel was substantially cheaper than those from other vendors. If you are good working with sheet metal these issues shouldn't be a real problem but if you are looking for a panel you can just install out of the box this one is not for you.

The front side of this panel. Does not present an issues in getting it welded in place. The issue is the side along side the backside of the cab.. It was next to impossible to get it close enough to the cab sheet metal to weld it. It has a slight upswing between the panel and the cab. Its best to flange both the front and cab side.
