So far my experience with both EBAY and the vendor AM has been excellent. This sensor was delivered the same day another order from AM. Both items were the correct parts for two different engine light codes that had to be addressed. This particular sensor was not as easy to install as the other, and there were no instructions included for either of the two items. What helped were the two youtube videos. Problem though, not always is there going to be a video available for every part.
