I have tried repeatedly to get the seller to acknowledge they received my return. The shipping label they sent was invalid and had to send me a separate bill of lading, which is why the return shipment appeared that it was not sent. Tried to re-enter the shipping confirmation from R&L Carriers and eBay would not accept my tracking number. Please issue refund! It has taken too long already.
