When the the first unit arrived it was damaged and missing parts and it did not work contacted seller I answered a few questions and sent pics they sent me out another unit this one arrived in a box (the first on did not) it was in great shape hooked up hosed blead air from system and just got done using it to fix a part on my project car frame they treated me with great respect to fix the issue awesome seller

The box itself was not of strong material and was compromised in shipment but no parts/pieces were missing. No damage to product was noted. Extra cleaning required to clean up product as unprotected metal pieces were knocked around in shipment. Assembly went well. Finished assembled chair is stable and strong as hoped.
