I contacted them multiple times with pictures that showed they sent wrong item. They said SKU was right so product was right. I ordered 50cm duct and they sent 30cm duct which is too short for my needs. They are very good at saying 'so sorry' but do not address your questions or concerns. They offered to knock $3.40 off my bill and I keep the product that is unusable and only pay $14.00 for some thing I can't use. Very poor communications and I would not recommend this seller to anyone.
