Item arrived and looked as described but was defective on part of the lights coming on. Wasn't a bad bulb but something internal. Seller issued refund promptly. I dont think they should be at fault for something not workung beyond their control plus they went above & beyond keeping the buyer happy. This actually deserves more than a posituve feedback.
