It was missing attachment for the air deflector extension that goes at the bottom. You probably can run without it although makes the truck appear higher with the higher clearance. 5 stars for me with customer service

I order with this company the bumper, lower balance, plus end caps, they ship the bumper and lower balance first, bumper came with a big dent in the center, lower balance was fine. I have to contact them to get an update and a tracking number, because they never updated it on Ebay. I was told they were going to send end caps separately which they did, but I only received one end. It will be nice if they add to the description that not everything is going to be send at the same time.
