Leider dauerte der Versand länger als angegeben. Die Verpackung war nur eine einfache Tüte. Dadurch kam die Harfe leicht verbogen an. Erst nachdem ich sie etwas begradigt hatte, kamen Töne beim spielen raus. Verarbeitung der Harfe ist nicht gut. Die Abstände zwischen Harfe und Trommelblech sind zu weit auseinander und das Blech selbst zu weich. Dafür ist der Preis eindeutig zu unangemessen. Kontakt zum Verkäufer war okay.

Es ist zu beachten, dass es sich um einen chinesischen Verkäufer handelt, der keine Retouren (zumindest an eine deutsche Adresse) akzeptiert. Nach einigem hin und her konnte ich mich mit dem freundlichen Kundenservice jedoch auf eine zufriedenstellende Lösung einigen.
