I purchased this pan with the intention of replacing my factory stock 4L60E pan which does not have a drain plug in order to make future fluid and filter changes easier and less messy. However, my specific 4L60E has a side guard and a floor shifter, and this pan comes with these trapezoid-dhaped tabs on each side at the corners. These tabs made it impossible to install on my 4L60E without grinding down the tabs, which I had to do. In the photo of the listing, the tabs are not pictured.
