Motor was new but it had infant failure only working for about 30 minutes before it died. Old motor was put back in after opening it up and tightening connections. I had intermittent crimps on the wiring harness connector at the blower and after fixing those I verified the new motor really was dead. However customer service was excellent. They refunded my cost.
