Not 100% positive. The product was accurately described. It was well packed and arrived in a respectable amount of time. But the shipping costs were outrageous. This "seal" weighed one-half of an ounce and the shipping cost was $14.25 in a Small Flat Rate Post Office box! The actual shipping costs should have been around $4.00 for the weight and distance. Charging triple the normal cost for shipping a small item is not fair to the customer. Five stars in two categories. One star in shipping cost
