His is a perfect replacement for 1998 Grand Cherokee. This fan motor has the hole to attach the rubber fan breather tube that comes with the stock fan. Many of the eBay replacements DO NOT have this important feature. I installed it today and everything is PERFECT. This is the one to order for ‘93 - ‘98. It is quiet and has plenty of power!!
