    Perfect fitment

    I ordered this brake line set because my 1998 Jeep Wrangler came from the north east. They use a lot of brine salt solution and my brake lines were toast. They were a perfect replacement fit and the fact that they are made of stainless steel makes their life span longer than the original lines.

    Jeep wrangler brake line set

    This set exceeds quality of OEM. My daughter replaced one that rusted within 3 years. These are stainless steel. There's one problem. I had one leak from the drivers side to the hose connection. Possible flare end not sealing. I may have to splice with a nickel copper line somehow as I've tight end it and still leaks. There's been some complaints of getting the passenger side to go in. These are a little tricky. What helps is to take the sway bar completely out of the way(6 bolts) remove both wheels and rubber splash shields on fender well. Bend drivers side straight as possible and feed in. It's a bit hard but it will go. Everything else fit great!

    They fit and are stainless steel

    A brake line on my daughter's Jeep Wrangler corroded and started leaking. I did a repair and ordered a set of stainless lines from Dorman. The line to the rear and the branch lines to the rear wheels replaced the originals with no problem. The front lines are hard to get to. I noticed that they were still in good condition so I left them alone. I must admit that since I did this I've heard of lines made of a copper alloy that is both flexible and corrosion-resistant approved for use as brake lines. I would check in to having a shop install this if I were to do it over. But then I'm over 65 and working under cars is not as much fun as it used to be.
