The header arrived quickly, but is very poorly manufactured. There are 10 pinholes in the welds, the flange was not ground anywhere near flat on the mating surface.
I had to spend five hours fixing it for install.
The seller should not sell this product.

I don't recommend this seller. The listing showed (4) available and that is what I ordered. I received (2) as described with the reusable glass, and (2) with a common screw on lid. During checkout I selected a higher priced UPS shipping and received standard USPS shipping. Once the seller posted the USPS tracking number, I messaged them and received a reply stating shipping will be USPS. After receiving poorly packaged and dented metal lids on the jars, the phone number listed was out of service
