    Excellent product, instructions could be better

    I am very satisfied with the window vents; they fit perfectly and seem well-crafted of quality materials. Installation was not difficult but must be carefully done. The manufacturer's instructions stressed the importance of correctly fitting the metal hooks. However, the pictures are unclear and left me in doubt about exactly where the metal hooks should fit. Although this was specifically addressed with still pictures in the printed instructions, they were very dark and indecipherable. And, the installer's hand blocked the shot in the YouTube video. An additional note to other amateur installers: Make sure to do a trial fit first to set the exact final location. Also, be watchful of the covering strip on the sticky tape - be sure to keep the loosened end from curling up out of reach as ...
