wHEN i RECEIVED THIS ITEM, WHICH WAS WELL PACKED AND IN UNDAMAGED CONDITION, I INSTALLED THE UNIT AND IT DID NOT WORK. I TOOK THE UNIT TO THE AGENTS IN DENVER AND THEY TESTED IT AND SAID IT DID NOT WORK. I ALSO HAD THE CAR'S SYSTEM TESTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS IN WORKING CONDITION.
I SENT THE UNIT BACK TO THE SHIPPER AND THEY REFUSED THE DELIVERY. EVERYTHING IS DOCUMETED.
MY FUNDS SHOULD BE REFUNDED.
