It worked but it was pretty expensive.
The Heater core has been installed and doesn't leak. That's exactly what I expected out of it. I did have trouble finding a heater core for the 65 thunderbird and finally found this one at what I considered a very high price for it. However, I failed to find another supplier that actually had one in stock so I reluctantly bought this one. All of the other suppliers that listed the heater core were about half the cost.....but they were out of stock. Hopefully, I won't be needing another one for a long time but I will be continuing to watch the other suppliers in hopes that they can someday deliver a heater core at their advertised price. It won't bother me to purchase one to have one at that lower price as a spare since this car is something that I intend to keep for a long time. The Heater core has been installed and doesn't leak.
