Over the course of 20+ days I've been dealing with customers service about my defective lights. They worked for roughly 35min and they stayed red and would not turn off, then they wouldn't work again. Customer Service would message me every other day and the decide to "GO OUT OF OFFICE" TWICE and pretend that they didn't receive my previous message. I wanted a refund but I'm never gonna see the money again. May I add that I received lights that were completely different than what was on the ad.
