Thee part came promptly and well packed. I purchased this because it was a lot less expensive than the Mazda OEM part. However, the shield required a lot of modifications due to misaligned holes. I ended up cutting away a good portion of the sides and trimming around the suspension and steering components. After the trimming, I still have seven of the eleven screws/bolts intact...should be enough to hold it in place. Summary: not a bad shield, just prepare for some modifications.
