Unfortunately, the PCM I received did not work as I had hoped. I called A.C.R. at their toll free number and spoke with a representative about my issues. They were apologetic and agreed that the best thing was to issue a full refund. I am disappointed that the PCM did not work as advertised BUT their Customer Service is outstanding. I am sure this is the reason that they have 98% positive feedback. I bet the 2% that left negative feedback never even called to speak to customer service.
