Bad customer service, was a modified Cherokee transmission (this information was not provided in description) to fit a wrangler and wasn’t drilled correctly so my transfer case wouldn’t go on, when I brought this up I was basically told I was lying and to stop being dramatic and then ignored, luckily I was able to hog the holes out and make it work.it was not cleaned at all they just sprayed silver paint on dirt and grease it to make it look good in the pics, trans did work well in the end.
