Be careful when placing order, as the ad is somewhat misleading. These come in pairs, but the quantity indicator box and the "bulk" selection boxes all indicate 1, and not clearly stated that you are ordering 1,2,or 3 PAIRS, so I inadvertently ordered 1 pr from this seller and a pair from another seller, as I thought the site was limiting to just one INDIVIDUAL rail. It worked out for me as I'm building new door cards to accommodate custom speaker pods in the doors.

Good communication and shipping. The directions aren't the best and the tool list says 7/16 and 1/2 but the 1/2 isn't right it's metric and you need a 11/16 and a 3/4 which isn't listed . Seller is good. Box was a little tore up and open but everything was there.

    Good quality OE-like replacement

    The plastic seems like good quality, flexible, not brittle. The brass screw insets seem to be of high quality. The mounting hardware is all Security-Torx type and was very easy to install. It seems to be corrosion resistant, but only time will tell.

    BMW rear license plate mount bracket - excellent!

    Excellent quality and fit. Better than OEM. Installed on a 2001 BMW 325i. Durable material with brass thread inserts and stainless anti-theft fasteners. I stored the Torx tool in the glove box. Great buy under $10. Arrived in double envelopes with good packing. Very fast shipping.

    Superior to OEM part

    This part is an exact fit for my 2015 X5. It is superior to the OEM part. The only reason for 4 stars is that the “theft resistant” screws might be a problem down the road if I were to misplace the wrench to remove them. I would prefer regular Phillips head screws. Also, the license plate mounting screws could be a quarter inch longer. I installed a decorative license plate frame over my plate, and I needed to substitute longer screws for the top 2 Mounting holes. Minor gripes for a quality part at a decent price.
