I have a lot to say about this transaction - all good! Coupler worked on a 2011 Kia Forte with VCM# 28323-2G200 (replacement VCM# 28323-2G400). Part has a slightly wider diameter than the original, but it fits and functions correctly. I am sure the intent of this design is to achieve superior strength/longevity. Why purchase a $300+ VCM if only the coupler is broken? Seller had GREAT communication with me and shipped quickly. My most satisfying eBay purchase in 20+ years as a member. AA++
